**Customer Service Co-ordinator**
- Liaise with various vendors on behalf of clients
- Co-ordinate between vendor and clients
- To run errands or attend to appointments whenever required
- Ensure smooth processes in the course of all meeting arrangements
- Source for vendors whenever necessary
- Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors for the best interest of the company
- Soft and hard copy filing with neat and tidy categorisation
- Simple marketing on online platforms
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the consumer services industry
- Holds a recognised degree
- Has a cheerful and helpful disposition
- Resourceful and efficient
- Diplomatic and professional
- Good problem solving skills
- Good time management with sense of urgency and ability to prioritise tasks
- Efficient, resourceful and responsible
- Good in written and spoken Mandarin
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office software
**Benefits**:
- Monthly basic salary up to $4,000
- Commission up to $8,000 per month
