**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Brief all divers on the operational & contingency plans and procedures to be followed during the diving operation.
- Maintain safety of dive team and ensure that the diving operation is carried out from dive site equipped to deal with emergencies as per diving operation manual.
- Oversee diving operations to ensure that their execution complies with the legal requirements of HSE, SS511 & IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and diving systems management of the company.
- Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operation condition.
- Plan the mobilization of diving equipment & personnel by conferring with relevant parties.
- Analyze records & reports to validate their compliance with Company & IMCA/SS511 standards.
- Compliance in accordance with SS511 & Company codes and HSE standards.
- To stand in as Dive Supervisor or Diver as and when required.
- Above are core duties of the Employee and Company reserve the right from time to time as its discretion to enhance or reduce above duties. You will be required to perform the duties of the position in which you have been engaged and any other duties that you may be required to perform from time to time. You will comply with the orders and instructions given by the company through the duly authorized persons.

**Requirements**:

- Certified in CSCUBA (issued by MOM approved training centre)/SSDE.
- Scuba certification from a recognized training agency an advantage.
- Medically fit with in-date diving medical certificate
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in similar role
- Able to manage a team of up to 10 divers
- Able to interpret general docking plan
- Able to assist Asst. Dock Master and/or Dock Master by giving clearance and countdown for positioning of the vessel during internal shifting, docking and undocking operations
- Possess in depth knowledge on diving matters
- Prepared to work after operating hours, on weekends and public holidays
- Prepared to be called up with minimum notice in the event of emergency
- Familiar with Emergency Response Procedure
- Safety oriented and work closely in a team environment
- English language is required
- Must be able to communicate clearly
