The Environmental Control Officer (ECO) is responsible for monitoring all activities on the development construction site related to the bored-piling and ground engineering construction activities.

**Requirements**:

- Liaising with Project Manager, Project Engineers, Safety Manager and Principal Contractor in ensuring all the necessary environmental authorizations and permits have been obtained and confirming that the activities on the sites comply with legislations;
- Inspecting the construction site and surrounding area regurlaly in term of addressing issues of concern that may have a negative impact on the environment;
- Keeping ptotographic and video record of progress on the site from the environmental perspective;
- Ensuring that the requisite remedial action is implemented appropriately in the event of non-compliance.
