
Finance and Admin Manager

This role is responsible for the Finance and Admin Department, supporting the Managing Director. To oversee the Annual Royalties Distribution and Process, managing local Audits and Tax.
**Budget and Forecasts**
You will manage annual budgets and forecasts, financial analysis, cost management of the entities alongside with the Finance and Admin team, and support any ad-hoc Budget and Forecasts requests and queries from the Managing Director. You will work closely with the Licensing Team to assist in the preparation of all business forecasts, liaise with our Global IFPI ensuring consistency regional and global requirements. You will participate and support the implementation of any new financial/planning and licensing systems that are being rolled out.
**Planning and Strategy**
You will develop a solid understanding of the Licensing Business Model in designing a Finance wide performance management framework. This involves developing KPI dashboards for Licensing Officers and Business Development team containing business metrics and targets and KPIs. You will also be performing key financial variance analysis and participate in projects to automate the reports into business intelligence tools to facilitate self-help reports for the key stakeholders.
**Financial Analysis**
You will be accountable for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and provide business insights to management reports. You are responsible for providing, maintaining and analysing internal and external financial trends. Overall, you will proactively seek to resolve daily financial and operational issues as well as perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Licensing Support**
You will provide support to the Licensing team in areas of budgeting & forecasting, strategic direction. You will provide support to maintain and analyse financial trends including competitors’ analysis, market segment analysis, sales metrics etc.

You will be accountable to the firm and its regulators for decisions, advice and actions taken by you. You will review and strengthen current internal control and process improvement.

You have an eye for detail, particularly to interpret supplied information and understand sources and challenges where necessary.
You will be supported by the Senior Finance Exec and Senior Admin Exec, they will play an essential role in maintaining corporate secretarial documents and ensuring that such documents are aligned with necessary regulatory requirements and meeting compliance standards.
Handling of basic accounting tasks, but not limited to:
- Prepare yearly consolidated group accounts
- Review full sets of accounts and responsible for monthly accounts closing
- Monitor cash flow requirements and bank accounts
- Review and manage payment to vendors
- Review and monitor receipts from customers
- Prepare sales reports and review sales commission computation
- Review quarterly GST submission
- HR and personnel administration
- Monitor the financial performance, day to day accounting operations and maintain full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries and related companies
- Government grants administration, ensuring timely submission of claims and subsequent reimbursements from government authorities
- Other duties to be assigned by the management
