Summary of Job Responsibilities

To plan and execute initiatives that support the growth of the Greater China market to generate significant business adoption and customer participation by leveraging the full capabilities of our business partners, related content, media channels, and technology to achieve the project ROI.

Job Responsibilities
- Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Work under the Sr. Manager of Greater China marketing to support strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, and reactivate valuable customers to track and grow our customer base, which would help to increase revenue for all business units. Marketing initiatives include but are not limited to:
1) Greater China Market development
- Supporting contents execution/production, including events, shows, MICE, entertainment, reality shows, TV dramas, concerts, etc. to amplify the Marina Bay Sands brand awareness in Greater China Market.
- Actively working with OTA (online travel agency), financial service, travel & lifestyle platform, and media partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns both for branding and membership conversion purposes.
- Coordinating with other marketing teams to plan and execute Greater China market focused campaigns
- Refining customer experiences through platform enhancement and business operations refinement,
- Other duties as directed by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Local University Degree in Marketing, Business or Hospitality
- 2+ years of marketing experience in the hospitality/ gaming/ travel/ finance industry preferred
- In depth knowledge of Greater China Markets - include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau
- Extended working experiences and understanding with the China/Hongkong market
- Good knowledge of operations and customer service, relationship marketing, database, entertainment, analysis, and target customer marketing
- Social media and new media knowledge or related experience is preferred
