**Purpose**:
As a key member of the Finance team, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager reports to the Group’s AVP. The key roles include financial analysis, budgeting, budgetary controls, management reporting, expenses management and costing. He/she should be deeply involved in the business and advises management on business decisions and areas for improvements.

**Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the financial analysis of the Business Segment’s performance, budget variance analyses and provides information and advice to management on performance achieved and areas for improvements
- Supports the annual budgeting and budgetary control process and works with managers on annual target setting
- Preparation of timely and accurate management reports for submission to Management, ARC and Board on a regular basis for review and decision-making purposes
- Supports the line managers in sub-product pricing, developing IT project costing and track the performance of major IT projects
- Assist AVP Group Fin to develop and implement a robust cost allocation methodology and expense management framework to better manage the direct costs and overhead structures of the segment
- Any other duties as and when assigned.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or professional accountancy qualification (eg ACA, CIMA)

**Experience required**:

- Min 5 years’ experience particularly in Financial Planning, Analysis and Controlling functions. Preferably with supervisory experience.
- Experience with ERP implementation and process improvements will be a distinct advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $10,500.00 per month
