**We are looking for Functional Business Analyst to join one of the Government Agency**Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hoursWorking Location: CentralSalary package: up to $8500 + AWS (1 year contract, high chance for conversion)Great career exposure and working environment

**Responsibilities**:
Work with business users and the project teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria, ability to map requirements to technical solutions based on best practicesElicit, scope and manage business requirements.Conduct requirements gathering and analyse requirements for ICT projects.Manage operations of ICT projects including Government procurement process.Manage suppliers (in accordance to contractual obligations) to meet stipulated service levels within scope and schedule, and perform variation and technology refresh (when necessary).Ensure ICT projects’ compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) and contractual requirements.Manage project timeline, stakeholders and communications including fronting customers’ queries on projects.

**Requirements**:
Singaporean onlyMinimum 3 years of relevant working experience in ICT Industry and/or Government procurementParticipated in full software or product development cycles in Agile methodologyExperience as Business Analyst to manage vendors for maintenance projects, gather user requirementsExperience in one of the following: Agile, Design Thinking, Cloud, Data Analytics
