**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional

investors across Asia and globally, including asset managers,

insurance companies, private credit funds, and family offices.
- Lead distribution of Reg S/144A international bond issuances from

India (Public Issues/Private Placements) across currencies such as

USD, EUR and INR (Masala Bonds)
- Place bespoke private credit transactions including high-yield,

structured, and mezzanine financings.
- Provide real-time market colour, investor feedback, and pricing

insights to origination and coverage teams.
- Work closely with origination and coverage teams to align investor

appetite with issuer needs.
- Coordinate investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and targeted

distribution strategies.
- Maintain and update investor CRM, track coverage activity, and

contribute to internal sales reporting and market intelligence.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Achieve investor distribution targets across public and private debt

transactions.
- Deliver high-quality, actionable investor feedback to origination and

structuring teams.
- Expand institutional investor relationships across geographies and

asset classes.
- Support seamless execution and documentation of both public and

private credit deals.
- Contribute to product development and marketing initiatives for new

credit opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- MBA / CA with a strong academic background.
- 10 years of relevant experience in International Debt Capital Markets

and/or Private Credit sales.
- Deep understanding of fixed income instruments and private credit

structures.
- Strong financial analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and professional integrity.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a

high-pressure environment.
- Strong desire to grow in the debt and private credit markets, with

demonstrated adaptability and initiative.

Existing relationships with institutional investors across Asia, a strong advantage.
