**We are looking for a Sales and Marketing executive to develop our recruitment business**:
**Responsibilities**
- **Sales**:Identify and approach potential clients to offer recruitment services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Negotiate terms of business agreements and close deals.
Meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Marketing**:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
Organize and attend networking events, job fairs, and conferences.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Understand clients’ hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- **Sales Skills**:Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in cold calling and pitching services.
- **Marketing Skills**:Experience in digital marketing, including SEO and social media campaigns.
Creativity in developing marketing content and strategies.

Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms.

Requirement:

- **5 Days work**:

- **9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)**:

- **Salary plus incentive above the target**:

- **Salary if negotiable for those who got existing potential clients especially to those who got MNc clientele base.
