In addition, it runs a chain of dental clinics, and a family medicine clinic.
- Interview Eldercare (EC)s’ staff to understand programmes conducted at centres
- Create brief for EC programme including programme description, requirements, and resources to conduct these programmes
- Categorise programmes into Healthy Aging Pillars
- Analyse past participation records and perform gap analysis for EC
- Recommend and propose programmes to EC to improve programme offerings
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- May require to perform additional duties as requested

**Qualifications**:

- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Preferably students pursuing a Diploma in Health Management & Promotion or related studies
