As a Horticulturist Facilitator at Growerck Pte Ltd, you will be a driving force behind our efforts to educate and inspire individuals and communities about the art and science of horticulture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Horticultural Workshops: Plan and conduct engaging horticultural workshops for diverse audiences, including individuals, schools, community groups, and businesses, across various locations in Singapore.
- Hands-On Training: Provide practical, hands-on training and guidance to workshop participants, teaching them essential horticultural skills, including planting, maintenance, and cultivation techniques.
- Environmental Education: Foster a deeper understanding of sustainable gardening, environmental conservation, and eco-friendly practices among workshop participants.
- Resource Management: Ensure the proper management of gardening materials, plants, and resources at workshop locations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance, participant feedback, and progress reports.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local communities and organizations to promote horticulture and sustainable gardening.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for horticulture and a strong commitment to sustainable gardening practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of horticultural principles and practices (experience in organic gardening is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Singapore.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse audiences.
- ACTA and ACLP certified is preferred.
