Senior / Manufacturing Automation Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide production support including overseeing the daily manufacturing performance in process yield, and automated assembly and testing machines uptime availability
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics components of the manufacturing automation equipment to ensure production continuity
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity, reliability, product quality, and safety improvement in manufacturing automation equipment
- Develop method, machines/equipment, and work instructions as required in the manufacturing process
- Identify and implement an optimization plan to improve automation machine OEE through the structured problem-solving methodology
- Follows safety protocol and procedures, supports workplace safety and health continuous improvement
- Maintain manufacturing engineering documents in compliance with ISO Quality Management System

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing automation environment
- Sound knowledge of mechatronics control, factory automation using PLC, electro-pneumatics devices and sensors, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in PLC programming and various PLC hardware is an advantage
- Acquire structured problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to hand-on in machine diagnosis & maintenance, engineering evaluation, and experiments
- Action-oriented, self-motivated learner, able to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
