Mach49 is the Growth Incubator for Global Businesses. We partner with our clients to disrupt existing markets and create new ones through a strategic mix of incubations, corporate venturing and ecosystem creation.

Specifically, we work with Global 1000 companies to build and launch new disruptive businesses. To do this, we work side by side with intrapreneurial teams to go from an idea (market or product concept) through customer validation, solution ideation, and prototype testing to build a fully-formed business that the teams can launch. We work with the teams to instill lean startup, design-thinking, and agile development mindsets as they build out their businesses. Our process is highly customer-centric, relying on customer design research as a linchpin of our overall methodology.

This role will be a part of the User Experience Team in Singapore that supports both business needs and client projects. On client projects, the role is expected to deliver compelling visuals of brand, storylines, and decks to empower client teams to communicate effectively new venture ideas with executives. Internally, the role is expected to deliver excellent quality visuals of decks and other presentation materials to support business needs.

**Your MAIN Hustle**:

- Deliver engaging and compelling visual presentations based on Mach49's aesthetics and presentation methodology to support client pitches with executives and business needs
- Develop brand guidelines and design systems for client teams to help their business and product scale
- Facilitate small to large scale storytelling workshops to help our clients in developing compelling storylines and narratives about their start-up journeys
- Visually translate strategic, high-level, and/or complex concepts and weave them into a cohesive, clear, and persuasive story

**To make things more concrete, some key aspects that this work entails**:

- Work with Delivery, Marketing, and Business Development to develop Mach49 aesthetic and presentation methodology for business needs and client presentations
- Produce clear, engaging, and beautiful presentations for our client teams' interactions with client mothership
- Establish and promote design guidelines, templates, style guides, pattern libraries and/or design specs for presentation decks and other design artifacts
- Assist UX designers in the creation of visual stimulus and prototypes, which include but not limited to user flows, process flows, ecosystem maps, stakeholder maps, storyboards, and wireframes
- Participate in the research methodology of client projects by interviewing, note taking and synthesizing results

**In YOUR POCKET**:

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience as a designer, graphic designer, communications designer, visual designer, storytelling designer
- Degree from an accredited university or college in Design and/or User Experience, or equivalent training/work experience
- **Strong proficiency in Keynote**:

- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, DreamWeaver), Squarespace, Miro, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- Proven visual, brand and graphic design skills with the ability to translate complex
information into clear visuals and graphics that can be demonstrated through case studies or a design portfolio
- Good understanding of wireframing and prototyping tools such as but not limited to
Figma, Balsamiq, Invision, and Sketch

**Bonus Points**:

- 6 years of work experience in the UX field
- Previous roles as UX designers, entrepreneurs/startup founders
- Previous start-up experience
- Hands-on experience developing high-profile pitch or conference presentations for startups or MNCs
