**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct safety training and orientations for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform their jobs safely.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, providing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor safety performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety Committee to develop safety campaigns and promote safety awareness among employees.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and participate in audits, as required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the company's safety programs.
- Foster a safety culture by promoting and encouraging the active involvement of all employees in safety initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant field, Experience in PUB Rehab (CIPP Lining for Drain Lines) projects are most preferred.
- Proven experience as a Workplace Safety and Health Co-Ordinator or similar role, with a strong track record of implementing effective safety programs.
- In-depth knowledge of workplace safety regulations, codes, and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging safety training and presentations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
