Manage at combined centre level the general assembly
- Manage level of classes, classroom discipline and class assembly
- Manage and implement programs, activities, and process registration of SCC
- Assist the Centre Manager to oversee centre operations and administration system
- Assist the Centre Manager in the fee collection process, weekly operations expenditure, and monies that are collected for outings and structured programs
- Co-ordinate and execute “Partnership Programs”, with third party groups (students from selected schools and universities) doing their Community Involvement Programs (CIP)
- Able to co-ordinate the arrangements for temporary staff in their duties
- Manage the time cards for temporary staff and prepare the month end time sheet
- Able to train new staff in their respective JDs
- Report directly to Centre Manager for operational duties and responsibilities in relation to SCC matters
