- You will be part of the Operations Support Services department to provide Concierge and Triage Support for the smooth running of operations.
- What you will be working On:
- Maintain and enhance the operational standards, protocols, procedures and quality frontline services which includes the monitoring and evaluating of the performance of service partners
- Manage, support concierge and triage team members and ensure teamwork for smooth running of concierge & triage operations
- Assist in developing, reviewing and implementing department policies and procedures to facilitate departmental work processes
- Coordinate and participate in various workgroup and committee meetings when required

**Job Requirements**
- What We are looking for:
- Recognised University Degree in any discipline
- 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in healthcare environment
- Meticulous with a pleasant disposition and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
