**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- Accountable for the successful implementation and maintenance of ICT systems with continuous improvement, and ongoing operation of existing systems.
- Work closely with business divisions to identify and establish information requirements and assist team leader in the formulation and implementation of ICT systems

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review and develop solutions for business.
- Ongoing support and maintenance of existing systems in the organization.
- Manage priorities and work schedules to ensure that projects and change requests are completed on time and meet stated objectives.
- Assist AD in maintaining documentation of systems and other administrative task, e.g. purchasing, software license renewals, contract management etc.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ICT systems development and implementation
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible, and able to deal effectively with changing and unanticipated situations.
- A strong sense of business activities in a corporate service environment.
- A positive attitude and a team player

Technical requirements:

- Experience in one or more development language and tools is advantageous, such as.NET or Java.
- Experience in at least one RDBMS database, such as MS SQL.
- Knowledge of various Content Management Systems and Web Technolgies with at least 1 year experience in Web Development Projects.
- Working knowledge of web hosting platforms such AWS / Azure.
- Exposure to Microsoft CRM or any other Case Management Systems.
- Development experience using Waterfall / Agile methodology.
- Experience in writing Tenders and System Requirements.
- Experience in migration of Sharepoint to Sharepoint online or other Intarnet Platform is a plus.
- Experience in performing / managing web VAPT is a plus.
- Experience in data management with Excel Pivots or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Experience in one or more development language and tools is advantageous, such as.NET or Java.
