**Basic Salary: $1800**

**Transport Allowance: $50**

**Meal Allowance: $50**

**Location: Asia Square Tower (Nearby Tanjong Pagar)**

**Working hour: 7.30am to 3.30pm**

**Working day: 5 Days work (Off on Sat, Sun & PH)
Regular Daily Tasks:

- Maintain cleanliness of the reception, meeting general office (including workstations) and director's room.
- Disinfect high touch points (door handles, reception, meeting rooms and all work desk tops).
- Empty waste receptacles and replace bin liner (pantry/twice a day).
- Spot clean walls, mirrors, glass panels, doors, fixtures and furniture.
- Washing of glasses, cups, plates, cutleries and utensils at pantry and bar area.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry (including microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
- Empty and disposal of trash from waste paper basket (work stations and director’s rooms) and shredders.
- Bagging and disposal of trash.
- Stock check of pantry supplies (beverages, biscuits, detergents, etc).
- Vacuum all office carpeted area, (Section by section, Weekly).
- Mop the pantry, bar and reception area 3 times weekly.
- Topping up of pantry items, (e.g. top up of coffee beans for coffee maker, top up-of biscuits on pantry counter and beverages in the fridge.
- Assist with meetings set up/clean up when required
