**The assisting teacher will support TPC and the lead teacher to:

- **
- Facilitate, motivate and support learners during physical or online classroom sessions; nurturing their enthusiasm towards exploring the wonders of the environment and world around them by inquiring, ideating, hands-on experimenting, concept sharing and collaboration.
- Ensure active learning with the emphasis on creativity, imagination, problem solving, confident expression and other essential social competencies.
- Source, procure and prepare creative projects’ supplies and other information materials required for the lessons. The Assistant Coach will:

- Arrange, prepare and pack the materials for the individual lessons based on prescribed lesson needs or advance requests made by coaches.
- Arrange for the delivery of materials to the lesson venues.
- Keep track of the material stock and replenish supplies as and when required for classes.
- Assess, record and report student’s progress and development in a timely fashion and provide appropriate feedback to schools and parents.

**Expectations**
- Must be available to support classes during weekends - on rotation basis if required.
- Minimum Diploma in architecture, creative or design-related fields.
- Those with experience in conducting classes, workshops or teaching children would have an advantage.
- Carry a positive, can-do mindset and can manage change well.
- Hands-on, willing to pick up additional tasks, own challenges, and go beyond the comfort zone to support the team.
- Creative, imaginative and able to think on your feet.
