Member of internal Senior Project Management Team (PMT) that meets regularly (chaired by PD/SO) to discuss progress and resolve any internal issues.
- Management and co-ordination of the review/approval of Design and Technical submissions from the Contractors for all Waste to Energy (WTE) and Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), Sludge Incineration Facility (SIF) and Food Waste Treatment Facility (FWTF) (admin support to be provided by Core team members).
- Liaison and interfacing with other disciplines in the Core and RSS Teams as may be required in order to achieve this.
- Direct liaison with Client’s Technical Directors.
- Attendance at Client Monthly Project Steering Committee Meetings chaired by DCEO and any other relevant high-level meetings as required by the Client/PD/SO.
- Organising and chairing specific technical meetings with the Contractor and his Key Technology Providers/Suppliers where necessary to resolve any technical issues relating to equipment.
- Reviewing and monitoring the Contractor’s design submittal schedule (with the support of the Senior Planner).
- Chairing regular Design Review Coordination Meetings with the Contractor and/or Other Contractors on adjacent sites (that is attended by Client representatives or similar others also)
- Technical support to the RSS team relating to equipment during the construction/erection and commissioning phases.
- General assistance to RSS team in trouble-shooting site related issues during construction and commissioning.
- Any other matters that may from time to time be delegated by the PD/SO.
- The EDM shall be responsible for the overall technical accuracy and adequacy of the work i.e. the contractor’s deliverables for their design under the EPC contracts.
- The EDM shall provide oversight for interdisciplinary and inter package coordination across the whole for the works.

**Requirements**:

- The EDM shall have at least 15 years experience in managing and delivering large scale industrial/utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas, power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).
- The EDM shall have an engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineering Board (“PEB) of Singapore or shall be a Professional Engineer (“PE”) registered in his country of practice.

**Location**:Based in Project Office at Tuas on site.
