Facility Technician

**Join Our Team as a Facilities Technician at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd**

**What you'll be doing**
- **Preventive & Corrective Maintenance**: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works.
- **Routine Checks**: Conduct daily routine checks, attend to enquiries, and respond to emergency repair and breakdown complaints.
- **Contractor Supervision**: Supervise and monitor contractor performance to ensure works are carried out based on contract specifications.
- **Project Management**: Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner.
- **Implementation Assistance**: Assist in the implementation of renewals such as fire drills, system shutdowns, periodic inspections, etc.
- **Additional Tasks**: Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum NITEC / Certifications in building services engineering or a related field
- Able to work on all Saturdays (Half day), 5.5 work days
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a facilities technician or in a similar role
- Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for implementing sustainable and energy-efficient practices

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
