We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Care Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students during after-school hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering in-house programs effectively
- Assist with the planning of programmes and workshops for the students
- Providing academic support to P1 - P6 students to help them complete their homework
- Must be able to help with Primary 1-6 Chinese homework and 听写.
- Ensuring the safe and timely transfer of children from school to the student center
- Creating a positive learning environment, guiding and nurturing students with a growth mindset
- Building strong relationships with students and keeping parents informed about their child's academic and personal progress
- Monitoring the health and safety of students
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the Center Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Education, Arts, Psychology, Social Sciences, or Communications, with familiarity in the current school syllabus; prior experience in student care is a plus Diploma in Care and Programme or WSQ in SCC is an advantage
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a school or learning center is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students and parents
- A genuine passion for teaching
- Expected start date for role: 15 November 2024

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,300.00 per month
