**The Company**

Our client is an SGX listed real estate company. As a result of a recent acquisition of assets and future properties in its pipeline, the client is now looking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager to be part of their growing business.

**The Position**

The Senior Finance Manager will report and work closely with the CFO where he/she will be responsible for the reviewing of the financial results, consolidation of accounts, preparation of statutory accounts, preparation of management reports, manage the company’s cash flow, financing and tax functions. As this is an SGX listed company, there will be a need to ensure compliance with SGX, prepare the quarterly SGX announcements and review the financials for the SGX financial results announcements. The successful incumbent will also liaise with auditors on audit exercise and other ad-hoc projects.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $12,500.00 per month
