- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail stores to ensure proper product placement and presentation according to company standards.
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and enhance brand awareness.
- Arrange product displays, signage, and promotional materials to attract customers and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth merchandising operations.
- Collect and analyze data on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Report on merchandising activities, including store visits, product placement, and competitor insights, to management.

**Promoter Responsibilities (Friday and Half-Day Saturday)**:

- Engage with customers in-store to promote products, answer inquiries, and provide product demonstrations.
- Distribute samples, coupons, or promotional materials to encourage purchase and brand loyalty.
- Create a positive and memorable experience for customers through friendly and knowledgeable interactions.
- Drive sales by actively promoting featured products and special offers.
- Gather feedback from customers and report insights to management for future promotional planning.
- Collaborate with store staff to coordinate promotional activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain a neat and organized promotional area, including setting up and dismantling promotional displays.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Participate in promotional events, trade shows, or product launches as required.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and reconciliation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in merchandising, promotion, or retail sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Thursday as a merchandiser, Friday and half-day Saturday as a promoter).
- Occasional overtime on Sundays for promotional events. (optional)

Working hours:8:30am-5:30am (including 1hour lunch time)
