**Role Overview
The role of the Marketing Lead is to support the marketing function at Fit Pound by driving brand awareness, brand engagement and generating high quality leads for the business.

The Marketing Lead will also take charge in monitoring progress of current marketing efforts, reporting weekly and monthly KPIs. He/she will work closely with the team and Program Director to analyse data to make recommendations that optimise marketing strategies. Another key task of the Marketing Intern includes producing effective copy for various online and offline marketing materials.

1. Execute a Digital Marketing Plan that:
a) Facebook & Instagram Posts

b) SEO Optimisation

c) Paid Ads on Google’s SEM & GDN platforms, Programmatic platforms and any other paid digital channels.

d) Paid Ads on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
e) Website Management
f) Electronic Direct Mailer

2. Execute a B2B and B2C Blog Content Strategy that:
a) Builds brand awareness for Fit Pound as a brand

b) Attracts high quality fitness leads (B2C articles)

3. Write copy for diverse Marketing Distributions
- a) Blog articles
- b) Any in-space collateral such as posters and signages
- c) EDM
- d) Website material
- e) Social media post captions
- f) Digital ads captions and artwork copy

4. Maintain a Performance Marketing Dashboard
5. Execute a B2C Partnerships Strategy
6. Organise and coordinate marketing events of Fit Pound

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum education requirement**:Diploma or degree in Marketing or any related field**:

- Specific industry experience**:Minimum 2 years**:

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Excellent Social Media skills
- Proficient in Adobo Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro CC
