- At least 10 to 15 years of underwriting experience in general insurance business for all major lines

**Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement underwriting guideline and framework for profitable GWP growth
- Execute effective underwriting growth strategies and initiatives
- Work with business unit to support business underwriting - underwriting of client centric growth and profitability
- Improving overall business delivery with underwriting framework in accordance with the Reinsurance Management Framework and treaty guideline
- Formulate the risk accumulation table and underwriting authorisation of each business class
- Manage the marketing and sales teams underwriting standards to achieve company’s twin objectives of GWP growth and underwriting profitability
- Strengthening of business relationships with intermediaries, corporate clients and bancassurance channels
- Visitation of intermediaries, corporate and bank clients.
