Supply Chain Manager

**Introduction**:
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (BEVERAGE & ALCOHOL INDUSTRY) F A B & E M E R G I N G R E P O R T S T O : S U P PL Y C H A I N D I R E C T O R Lead the System in designing, implementing and optimizing “fit-for-purpose” supply chain for Alcoholic drinks and emerging category for all countries in OU. This includes Alcoholic Ready To Drink, Adult & Premium Sparkling Drinks, Premium Glass Sparkling Drinks. The Category SC Manager operates across the entire supply chain and lead Global big bets and regional innovation pipeline implementation for the OU. This cover value chain creation and optimization, formula or packaging optimization, harmonization across the markets and bottlers, supply chain model definition and optimization. The category Supply Chain Manager work closely with the technical Operation team to coordinate the deployment and support as needed the operational execution across respective markets.

**Responsibilities**:

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

- Provide strategic thought leadership, expertise, and best practices to the System to develop and manage “fit-for-purpose” supply chain within the specified category.
- Provide supply chain expertise to internal parties to influence business strategies and decisions.
- Lead Capability and infrastructure planning strategies for the category in partnership with Global /marketing category lead, SC Planning and Optimization manager.
- Ensure manufacturing capabilities are available at bottler’s facilities or in the co-packers and/or study suitable alternative options
- Lead improvements in supply chain design, metrics and performance standards for the said categories using research, supplier relationships, industry knowledge and best practices in order to secure benefits for the System, suppliers and /or the customers (e.g., cost saving projects, new technologies and innovations and operational efficiencies(OE)
- Lead and coordinate commercialization process for global big bets and regional Innovation for the FAB & Emerging category. Drive new launches from an SME perspective by working collaboratively and networking with all the necessary functions while ensuring compliance with KO standards and policies / local regulation for the entire OU. The scope covers the entire commercialization cycle from idea sharing to launch in the marketplace. This involves the following:

- Coordinate Technical, innovation and supply chain requirement to facilitate Global big bets

and regional Innovation deployment across OU Market, leveraging scale and synergies
- Introduce innovative ideas of new product / package to Franchise /Marketing
- Run feasibility studies (capex, lead time, competitor price point, etc..)
- Provide Value chains with different scenarios to maximize package profitability.
- Lead the project phases from design development, supplier management, related investment and work closely with technical operation to facilitate Launch reparation inrelated FU to execution.
- Leverage support of FAB & Emerging category Technical Operations Mgrto drive supply chain delivery specific to each local market & engage bottler/franchise partners.
- Arrange technical workshop/training programs to improve their capability and Provide support to trouble shooting of product formula related problems
- Provide support to the bottlers for implementation of new projects, Product/ Pack / new line/equipment / supply model
- Drive S&OP process and agenda for the category together with Supply planning and Optimization manager.
- Collaborate with Bottlers/Sales, Marketing, Planning and Procurement departments to increase forecast accuracy and reduce cost.

**Requirements**:
Experience
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience in the supply chain field within the food and beverage industry ideally in the alcohol industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills spread across multiple stakeholders - Bottlers, Suppliers, Technical, Innovation & Supply chain, CPS, and other external partners
- Work requires the identification and resolution of important operational problems requiring crossfunctional collaboration and creativity to develop innovative solutions. Communication Focus
- Spread across multiple stakeholders - Bottlers, Suppliers, Technical, Innovation & Supply chain, CPS, and other external partners
- Work requires to be accountable to solve communication problems and conflict among several entities/functions by giving clear process direction and by prioritizing goals and actions in order to ensure that strategy and process flows accurately

Preferably supply chain experience from Beverage and Alcohol Industry.
