**Draughtsman (BIM Modeller)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
- Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings
- Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers/coordination with client’s
- Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of individual’s Project management
- Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section
- Develop computer generated drawing, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
- Perform other related work duties as assigned by reported supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Must be born Singaporean
- ITE or Diploma Holder
- Must have experience in Autocad, Revit MEP Design & 3D, able to draw BIM
- Able to draw for model for M&E services
- Knowledge of Air-conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) System
- Able to work independently and assist Project Manager
