**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Management: Timely follow-up on provided leads.
- Client Interaction: Guide clients through project ideas, timelines, and cost proposals.
- Design Work: Create layouts, mood boards, material boards, and 3D perspective drawings.
- Project Management: Schedule workflows, oversee project implementation, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Site Supervision: Perform site visits to maintain quality standards.
- Adaptability: Handle additional tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal with ability to lead and influence to drive consensus with different stakeholders (Such as contractors, customers and colleagues)
- A team-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in interior design is required for this position.
