Our client is an investment company in the sustainable projects sector that is looking for a Compliance Manager in Singapore.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Manage the delivery of know-your-customer (KYC) checks and other due diligence on projects and investments by the Compliance Team
- Define, design, review and oversee implementation of projects’ and investments’ corporate governance and policies and conduct periodic review and audit where necessary
- Review and conduct compliance training (including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) and Data Privacy) to projects and investments
- Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and the operating policies and procedures and identify potential improvement areas
- Review and conduct training of the Executive Management Team (EMT) in respect of compliance (including review of training slides)
- Act as the Data Protection Officer

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant Compliance experience is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of Singapore, UK (and international) regulatory landscape applicable to financial crime and compliance function
- Regional experience in South Asia and/or South East Asia developing compliance is a strong plus
