Our client is the 1st prenatal and postpartum wellness center located at Sentosa that seeks to empower quintessential women in their maternal journey.
The HCAs whom we are looking for are individuals who are passionate and able to exemplify high standards of postpartum care to new mothers and infants under the direction and supervision of our Nurse Leaders. When you come on board with us, you can expect to participate in coaching yournew mothers and their caregivers to train them to be competent in baby care. We understand that this may sound like a daunting task but fear not as we will be providing professional trainings so that you will be empowered to execute their duties confidently.
Our Health Care Assistant (HCA) will provide a high standard of postpartum care to our new mothers and infants under the direction nd supervision of our Nurse Leaders. Our Health Care Assistant (HCA) will participate in coaching new mothers and their caregivers to train them to be competent in baby care.
Baby Care Duties Include:
- Monitoring of Infants' growing progress
- Diaper Changing
- Bathing
- Feeding
Mummy Care Duties Include
- Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
- Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
- Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
**Job Requirements**
- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to work shifts
