OD is key to shaping both excellent hospital care and population health.

You will be part of the OD team in leading the following areas:

- Build collective leadership founded on meaningful relationships where everyone assumes collective responsibility for the success of TTSH & Central Health.
- Build TTSH’s capability and capacity to learn, adapt and renew through formal and informal learning programmes, structures and platforms, supported by Communities of Practice.
- Build formal and informal workforce to do their jobs well, better and differently through value creation tools, technology enablement and innovation. The goal is a future-ready workforce.
- Support the organisation’s 10-year strategy map.

**Requirements**:

- Able to engage across all levels of the system; supports both leadership and the ground in the design and execution of OD interventions to activate TTSH’s 10-year strategic plan
- Embodies OD values, passionate about OD practice, champions an OD hinterland
- Strong use of self
- Able to build trust with others because you are competent, reliable, sincere and cares for people
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the areas of leadership and organisation development, change management, employee engagement, culture building, strategy alignment, group/team development, organisational learning
- Adept at designing and conducting interventions at different levels of the system, e.g. facilitating small group conversations, engaging senior leadership teams, and delivering large-group sessions
- Skilful in planning social-health change.
- Excellent written and communication skills
