**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Securities Settlements Analyst**to join a high-performing operations team within a leading global financial institution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for operational risk to gain regional market exposure and work closely with trading and sales teams.

You will be part of a team that ensures the timely and accurate settlement of securities transactions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely settlement of securities trades in compliance with market deadlines and regulations
- Perform **pre-matching and fail trade management**to support Japan market hours
- Maintain operational controls and risk-mitigation processes
- Prepare and review reports for internal stakeholders
- Manage high volumes of transactions with accuracy under strict time constraints
- Work closely with internal teams such as trading desks and inventory management

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience in **securities settlements**or a similar financial operations function
- Familiarity with **equities markets**, preferably in a Japan or Asia-Pacific context
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving**abilities
- High attention to detail and strong **risk awareness**:

- Excellent **communication and coordination skills**:

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems is an advantage

- **Working Hours**:Aligned with Japan market hours (SG-based team)
