**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in daily shop operations.
- Ensure service staff adhere to established service standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient services to guests, addressing their needs, complaints, and inquiries.
- Process guest orders for prompt service.
- Supervise services and catered events, maintaining service ware cleanliness.
- Assist in the setup and clear down of front and back shop operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in F&B/Retail operations, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Well-groomed appearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
