**Your new company**
A global within the manufacturing and logistics space is looking for a Finance Director to join their fast-growing organisation.

**Your new role**
This is a regional role, whereby you will manage teams across the APAC region. You will play an integral part in the firm’s change management and strategic finance transformation, while still leading the reporting and compliance of the group, due diligence, strategy and business partnering with commercial leaders. This involves telling a story out of the consolidated numbers through modelling to support the business leaders in their decision making. You will be responsible for leading the regional financial risk assessment and streamlining existing controls - ensuring alignment with the firm’s objective and long term strategy. You will play an integral part in managing the performance of the regional and local finance team through maintaining a high performing and positive working environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will possess a Degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 10-15 years of regional finance controlling experience. Team management experience is a must, whereby you should have solid experience in delivering finance change management projects, while still maintaining smooth controllership for the region. Other than having excellent communication skills, you should be a self-starter, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
