**Responsibilities**:
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives andmarket trends.Set sales targets, forecast revenues, and track performance against goals.Manage a team of service engineers, sales engineer, and administrator.Ensure service engineers meet client’s expectations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.Provide leadership and guidance to sales organization.Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, providetechnical support, and address concerns.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities andpotential threats.Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes, improveefficiency, and drive revenue growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, anddistributors.Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales operations, contracts, andcustomer engagements.
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in sales and business developmentwithin the semiconductor industry.Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its products,technologies, and market trends.Understand semiconductor manufacturing process and able to identify needsand requirements of clients, and come out with proposal of solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internalstakeholders and customers.Ability to set strategic goals, develop sales plans, and execute effective salesstrategies.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers,partners, and distributors.Customer-centric approach to identify and understand customer needs,providing tailored solutions.Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within theorganization.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
