Singapore SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Full time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handles full set of accounts
- Perform a full range of coordination and administrative duties including data entry, document filing, invoice verification and preparation of payment
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- GST filing
- Coordination of financial matters with Company Auditor and Company Secretary in annual audits & tax review
- Preparing invoices.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent (LCCI or ACCA) or 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred with expereince in construction industry
- Proficient in Excel and Quickbook
- Must be meticulous in work and good record keeping
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese due to the need to liaise with English and Chinese speaking business associates
