Principal Consultant

Conduct research on industry trend/client needs
- Conduct due diligence on client’s business and its growth sustainability
- Formulate solutions/interventions to facilitate positive improvement in client’s organization
- Implement business change plan to meet client’s expectation and committed deliverables
- Resolve issues on corporate structure, internal control, risk management and assist client in regulatory compliance in various countries in Asia Pacific region
- Manage client relationship in each of the assignments and provide coaching to client when necessary
- Generate new business and complete contract negotiation
**Job Requirements**
- Basic degree in law or accountancy, post graduate qualification in business management is preferred
- At least 8 years of work experience in providing consultancy service in various countries
- Either a certified public accountant or other professional certification with several years of practices
- Experienced in providing oversight in the areas of accounting, finance, tax, internal control, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management and corporate governance
- Experienced in regulatory compliance and market practices in various countries in Asia Pacific region
- Possesses in-depth knowledge in legal and regulatory framework for merger, acquisition and divestiture
- Understand various valuation methods for start-up and matured companies
- Possesses sound judgement on legal and financial issues/risks, excellent analytical skills and attention to details, able to constructive challenge the status quo of client and contribute to positive improvement
- Proven track record in both working independently and collaborative as part of a team
- Effective bilingual in English and Chinese, and good communication skills
- Ability to travel in the region up to 50% of the time
