Key Responsibilities- Project Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, covering all phases including procurement, installation, and testing of lift and escalator systems- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, monitor deviations, and recommend adjustments to maintain timelines and budget- Resource Planning: Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely availability in accordance with the schedule- Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of schedules, updates, risk logs, and progress reports- Risk and Conflict Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Proactively address scheduling conflicts or competing priorities by facilitating discussions and proposing viable resolutions with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on schedules, milestones, and deliverables- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance analysis to project leadership, highlighting key risks, delays, and proposed recovery actions- Continuous Improvement: Review and analyze completed projects to identify lessons learned and integrate improvements into future planning processes

Requirement- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field- Proven experience as a Project Planner/ Project Coordinator, or in a similar role- Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 is mandatory- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in scheduling and planning- Knowledge of construction industry best practices and standards in project planning
