**Job Summary**:
This retail sales associate will help customers see better, feel better by participating in the frame and lens selection process in foptics' retail stores.

Established since 2019 and having served over 50,000 customers from all over the world.

We set very high service expectations of our staff, hence we are seeking a talented retail sales associate to be the face of foptics and leave a lasting impression with our customers.

**Job description**
- Engage customers by providing an excellent in-store experience
- Maintain and build customer base and loyalty
- Develop relationships through a personable approach
- Manage stock levels and assist in making decisions with regards to stock control
- Ensure that administration procedures are followed offline for smooth operations
- Suggest improvements in all aspects to level up the company together
- Have good product knowledge of the products in store and give product recommendations based on customers' needs (don't worry, in-depth training will be given)
- Are self-motivated and a good communicator
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with your teammates and customers
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanour, and a team player
