Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties:

- Exercise high level of safety precaution when cleaning at wards at all times
- Following and knowing thoroughly cleaning routine and schedule instructed by superior
- Properly cleaning all high touch areas, examples: sanitary facilities, railings, floorings, fittings and furnitures
- Properly cleaning all glass surfaces, desks, walls and counter
- Properly sweeping, mopping, polishing at designated areas
- Replenishing hand wash, paper towels, toilet rolls as and when required
- Keeping outdoor environment clean, neat and tidy
- Disposal of general wastes to the Sembcorp trash bins at the gate
- Assist in the despatch of soiled laundry to the designated area
- Using general cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
- Notify superior of any defects found within the premises when cleaning
- Be prepared to work as part of a team as well as on your own at times
- Takes direction from superior and works harmoniously with the operation and clinical teams
- May be required to perform any other duties and other sites that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job-role.
