Design collaterals including product brochures, poster, and banners for marketing campaigns.
- Involve in websites design and development (social media, digital advertising, e-commerce platforms)
- Responsible to develop content and artwork for social media and online platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce site etc
- Manage e-commerce website and online marketplaces, including creation of new and updating existing product listings, ensuring information are consistent across all platforms.
- Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.
- Any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Working knowledge & experience of e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (eg. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, etc.)
- At least 1 year experience in digital marketing and e-commerce platform
- Proficient in graphic design software and video editing software
- Digital savvy and passion for digital marketing and e-commerce
- Good verbal and written communications skills and interpersonal skill
- Creative, detail-oriented and result-oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
