**Project Title**:Inline yield improvement

**Project Description**:
In this project, intern will be equipped with assembly process knowledge to understand line process flow.

The student will be exposed to industrial machines used for production runs and will get hands on opportunities to learn the machine mechanism & operation, maintenance procedure and common inline issues and fixing procedure

**Scope**:Identify critical tools that contributes to highest defect pareto & alarm count, analyze and think of possible solution that can target the root causes to the issues

**Deliverable**:Tool alarm reduction

**Impact of Project**:Improved product yield, better product quality

**Abilities Require**:General problem solving, analytical skill, attention to detail, mechanical competence, basic IT proficiency

**Course of interests**:Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics)

**Duration Period**:min 5 months
