Math Prodigies Learning Centre specialises in helping primary and secondary school students go from disasters to distinctions in Math. We believe that every student, no matter how far behind they are can perform and produce remarkable results
Why? Because our founder, Saiful Rizal himself went from failing to scoring an A1 for the "O" level Math paper in just a matter of 6 months. He developed the Holistic Math Mastery* approach that focuses on developing and empowering children to succeed in Math and in life.
This is the same approach that has been developed, tested and refined over the last 15 years by our team to help over 1426 students to produce remarkable results. The Holistic Math Mastery* Approach has been proven to give students the problem-solving skills needed to excel in Math and a little something extra. What’s that something extra you may ask? A number of students who've walked through our doors feeling defeated have walked out transformed, with a new-found belief in themselves that they can overcome any obstacle en route to success.
Our most remarkable students are Declann Tan and Liyana Zainodin, who have both scored 100% in Math for their final exams. Declann started with borderline results while Liyana started with only 18% and we are really proud of their achievements.
**Job Description**:
Hi there We are looking for a detail-oriented, committed, and independent person to join our team as a **permanent part-time Tuition Centre Administrator** Our Super Coaches are ** with creating curriculum and teaching our Math Prodigies, so we need an admin pro to help us with all the** nitty-gritty tasks**
**YOU MUST LOVE**:

- ** Excel / Google Spreadsheets**You’re a pro at organising data and generating reports—spreadsheets are your happy place.
- ** Helping People** Whether it’s reminding parents about deadlines or answering questions at the front desk, you love supporting our community.
**JOB SCOPE**
As our Centre Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and communicating with parents. Your responsibilities include:
**Administrative Support**
- Oversee and handle essential administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily operations.
**File Management**
- Organise both digital and physical files, keeping everything tidy and accessible.
- No need to be Marie Kondo, but we appreciate a good dose of that "sparking joy" magic
**Data Management**
- Love working with Excel or Google Spreadsheets? Manage student results, generate reports, and handle data accurately.
- Assist in developing reports to support administrative and educational objectives.
**Parent Communication**
- Help keep parents informed by sending reminders for payments, make-up classes, and other important updates.
- Provide parents with the necessary information to sign up for programs.
**Invoicing & Payments**
- Assist with invoicing and payment tracking.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a bonus, but not a requirement.
**Front Desk Support**
- Be the friendly face at our front desk on Sundays, helping students and parents with any questions they may have.
**Upkeeping the Centre**
- Maintain common areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner to create a positive learning environment.
- Ensure classrooms are stocked with materials and stationery, so everything is ready for action.
**Other Responsibilities**
- Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to keep things running smoothly.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**:
- ** Attention to Detail**:A sharp eye for spotting errors and maintaining organised records**.**:
- ** Strong Communication Skills**: Clear, professional communication with parents, students, and team members.
- ** Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel**: Skilled in using software for document preparation, including formatting and editing. Able to efficiently organise and maintain databases to track student performance metrics.
- ** Organisational Skills**:You enjoy keeping files, folders, and spreadsheets in order.
- ** Problem-Solving Abilities**: A proactive approach to make things run smoothly and efficiently.
