**Responsibilities**:
Install, maintain, and repair elevators and escalators.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functionality and safety.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks to avoid equipment downtime.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when necessary.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lift Technician or similar role.
Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong understanding of lift systems, including hydraulic, traction, and gearless systems.Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Prior experience working with a variety of lift manufacturers.
Certification in lift installation and maintenance.
**Salary**: $1,124.15 - $4,673.84 per month
