求人内容
- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities with suppliers, internal and external customers and team members to ensure the smooth delivery of oil products.
- Screen performing vessels.
- Appoint surveyor and superintendent
- Prepare or check all necessary documents for international and domestic trades.
- Check vessel itinerary and report it to relevant parties including our refineries
- Handling invoices.
- Calculate demurrage and issue invoice to customer.
- File cargo transaction documents
- Input relevant data into systems in a timely manner
- Handle others as necessary
- Liaise with traders and charterers to ensure that all the contractual obligations arising from cargo deals and charter parties are me
- Liaise with finance team to facilitate smooth invoicing and payment for cargoes, freight and all the operational expenses
- Liaise with charterers to ensure smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimise demurrage costs
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- サーベイヤー及びスーパーインテンダントを任命
- 国際・国内貿易に必要な書類の準備またはチェック
- 船舶のスケジュールをチェックし、当社製油所を含む関係者に報告
- 請求書の取り扱い
- デマレージを計算し、顧客へ請求書を発行
- 貨物取引書類のファイリング
- 関連データのシステムへのタイムリーな入力
- 貿易業者や用船者と連携し、貨物取引や用船契約から生じる全ての契約管理
- 財務チームと連携し、貨物、運賃及び全ての運航経費の請求書発行及び支払い
- 用船者と連携し、円滑な運航、供給途絶の回避、滞船費用の最小化
- その他関連業務

- Proficiency in English as well as Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
