- Assist in sourcing ad-hoc materials as per company requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and filing documents.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain the company vehicle in good condition.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record is an added advantage but not a must.
- Admin experience in supply chain / manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations
