**How you would make a difference**:
The Strategy Associate could be expected to undertake the following activities relatively independently, while working closely with the Head of Strategy, depending on company priorities at the time.
- Product Strategy Office / Innovation engineLead work within Amplify Health’s innovation engine that includes horizon scanning, developing business cases around new product ideas for approval at the Venture Board
Work closely with our tech incubator and M&A functions to convert promising ideas into new products and teams within the company
Support existing product teams around their product strategy and roadmap, business plans etc
- Strategy developmentIn close conjunction with Head of Strategy, CEO and other senior leaders, develop strategies towards achieving Amplify Health’s revenue aspirations, incorporating necessary internal and external data and other information
Support clear communication of strategy via developing slides and other media for our leadership, Board, etc
- Project coordination of key initiatives enabling company strategyPut together project plans together with key stakeholders
Tracking project workstreams against success metrics and targets
Problem solve with execution leads and resolve bottlenecks where necessary
Report out to steering committee and senior management around progress, bottlenecks and how to get back on track
- Initiative executionSupport operational/ functional teams to drive specific efforts/initiatives coming out of company strategy

**What you need to be successful**:

- Undergraduate Degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management consulting
- Prefer some experience in healthcare sector, though not required
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, including via Powerpoint presentations
- Very strong problem solver
- Agile, pro-active, critical thinker
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to balance simultaneous projects
- Great collaborator, self-motivated individual with positive attitude, attention to detail and consistency of quality work
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc business tools
