Lead Software Developer

Castlery is looking for an ERP Development Lead to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence.

What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for designing and developing technical solutions related to ERP system.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement new features in NetSuite ERP, integration platform, WMS and other key enterprise software systems.
- Plan and document technical specifications for development and testing work.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and new products by offering technical advice.
- Coordinate with internal and external technology teams to develop well-integrated and high-performance solutions.
- Lead and coach team members in end-to-end development cycles; maintain scalable code base and conduct code reviews to meeting quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support to system users.
- Be the ‘Go-To’ expert and drive technology excellence in Castlery.

What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other equivalent degrees with outstanding academic achievements.
- Proven track records as Senior System Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or equivalent.
- Experience with NetSuite developer tools is a must.
- Strong command of SQL, JavaScript, Python, Git, and other popular development tools.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks such as REST, gRPC.
- Be an effective communicator that loves solving problems together with people.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment and lead changes.
- Ability to deliver sophisticated ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
