**Beauty Therapist**

We’re looking for a dedicated, professional, and proactive individual to join our team.

Your Role As a Beauty Therapist
- Perform a range of professional beauty services including facials (manual and machine-based), hair removal, LED teeth whitening, and more.
- Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Deliver consistent results and high-quality client care.
- Able to handle walk-in and phone enquiries professionally.
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and products whenever applicable.
- Build strong client relationships and support retention through follow-ups and service.

**You will be compensated**:

- Treatment Commission: Up to $10 per service performed
- Team Commission: Additional earnings from every successful sale of packages or retail products.
- Monthly Attendance Bonus: $100 bonus for perfect attendance (no MC)
- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Performance Bonus (Subject to performance)

**Job Requirements**
- Required to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- 5/6 days alternate work week. Shift working hours (Either 10-8pm or 12-8pm)
- 6 off days per month (Including 1 weekend off)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a beauty salon setting
- Skilled in facial treatments; knowledge of other services is an advantage (training provided)
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with initiative and a proactive attitude
- Presentable, reliable, and committed to service quality
- Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to start work on short notice is a plus

Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,200.00 per month
